AWS DevOps Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled AWS DevOps Engineer to join our team. As an AWS DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. You will work closely with our development and operations teams to automate processes, improve system reliability, and accelerate software delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable and highly available infrastructure on AWS cloud platform.
  • Implement and manage AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and IAM to support our applications and services.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or other CI/CD tools to automate software delivery and deployment processes.
  • Configure and manage containerization platforms such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes or ECS.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability using monitoring and observability tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack.
  • Conduct security assessments and implement security best practices to protect our cloud infrastructure and applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system reliability, performance, and security.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and respond to incidents in a timely manner, following incident response procedures.
  • Collaborate with development teams to improve system architecture, reliability, and scalability.
  • Document infrastructure designs, configurations, and procedures for knowledge sharing and future reference.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Android application development.
  • Proficient in Java and/or Kotlin programming languages.
  • Experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, and other development tools.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and Android platform guidelines.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services integration.
  • Knowledge of database management systems, such as SQLite.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
