Job Description
We are seeking a skilled MS – Dynamics CRM Developer to join our team. As a MS – Dynamics CRM Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. You will work closely with our development and operations teams to automate processes, improve system reliability, and accelerate software delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain custom plugins, workflows, and integrations with other systems.
- Design and implement custom entities, forms, views, and dashboards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform data migration and integration tasks to import/export data from/to external systems.
- Write custom code using JavaScript, C#, and .NET to extend Dynamics CRM functionality.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure quality and reliability.
- Document technical designs, configurations, and code for future reference and maintenance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics CRM versions, features, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM development.
- Proficient in customizing and configuring Dynamics CRM using the customization toolset.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM architecture, data model, and security model.
- Experience with custom development using JavaScript, C#, .NET, and Dynamics CRM SDK.
- Knowledge of web services (REST, SOAP) and integration techniques.
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
