Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. You will work closely with our development and operations teams to automate processes, improve system reliability, and accelerate software delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
- Customize and configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules to meet business requirements.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations with external databases, ERP systems, and other enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and develop solutions that meet business needs.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure quality and reliability of Salesforce applications.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users and provide timely resolution.
- Document technical designs, configurations, and code for future reference and maintenance.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Proficient in Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- Experience with Salesforce customization, configuration, and administration.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing settings.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs, integration techniques, and data migration tools.
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
